Clay’s saved the day! A little over a week ago my steadfast ‘98 Toyota RAV 4 gave me quite the scare. While I was running errands locally, the check engine light came on—first time ever. I’m relatively new to the area, pass Clay’s daily, and always figured I would stop in one day—Thursday the 7th was to be that day. When I pulled in, Patrick was quick to greet me and come out to assess the situation. He determined that the car was overheated to the max so I definitely couldn’t drive it away. After taking down the vital info. he gave me a reasonable estimate for evaluating the car and a ride home in the courtesy van. Long story short, after determining there had been no engine damage (hallelujah!), ordering some parts, and prioritizing my repair status, I was able to pick my car up before the shop closed on Friday! Many thanks to Patrick and the stellar crew at Clay’s for getting me back safely on the road once again. I would recommend them to anyone who values courtesy, industry knowledge, and clear communication. Clay’s is now my go to place for service and repair :)
