Nothing new to report; just the usual excellent service. The people at Clay's listen to their customers and answer customer concerns. I was concerned by the smell of antifreeze, so Clay's technician checked out the old Subaru thoroughly and gave it a clean bill of health. No leaks, no drips, no pressure problems anywhere. No bad odors. either, so whatever I smelled went away. I'm happy!

Once again Clay’s provided the best service from oil change to repair diagnostic. They got me on the road for a trip north Wednesday, and ordered parts, scheduling service at my convenience for Monday. Patrick and the entire team are friendly and knowledgeable— really a joy to deal with. Thanks all, see you Monday :)

shop was clean and well organized. I had a positive interaction with all of the staff members i came into contact with. Clay is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. Patrick, who works at the front desk, provided me with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning do Clay's for any repairs or maintenance i may need in the future.

I appreciate how Patrick and his team were able to work me in at the last minute. Their quality of work is outstanding as is their customer service. I was stuck looking for a last minute repair place which is always risky. In addition to resolving my main issue, they eve caught a light bulb out and replaced it along with a few other things that needed attention. I clearly found the right place I trust and will gladly offer referrals. Their courtesy van dropped me off at work and picked me up when my car was ready. After thoroughly checking out my car, they emailed the estimate which was clearly written before proceeding with the work. Pricing is competitive. Clay's Auto Service is five stars all the way!
